Planning schedule: Expo hours are announced. Session slots below are proposed for program development. Speakers, room assignments, clinic partners and entertainment times will be confirmed before the final program is released.

| 2–2:45 PM, proposed | Women in Cannabis: leadership, careers and entrepreneurship. |
| 2:45–3:30 PM, proposed | Veterans & Cannabis: community resources and lived experience. |
| 3:30–4:15 PM, proposed | Budtender & Staff Spotlight: education, career paths and the people behind the counter. |
| 4:15–5 PM, proposed | Cannabis & Cars: culture, community and responsible event participation. |
| 5–6 PM, proposed | Employment, Entrepreneurial & Investment Forum: meet employers, founders and potential partners. |
| Workshop track, times pending | Home Grow workshop and practical education. Breakout sessions run alongside the main program. |
| Car Show, proposed 3–8 PM | Ohio Cannabis Car Show on the same property. Expo admission includes spectator access. Vehicle entry and judging are separate. Final car show hours subject to confirmation. |
| Networking mixer, proposed 8–10 PM | Restaurant networking mixer; hotel coordination and package inclusions pending. |
