From application to your selected space
- Choose Columbus or Dayton, your package and quantity.
- Sign in or create your account, then complete your business details and upload your logo.
- Verify your email using the emailed code.
- The organizer reviews your business, proposed activities and selected space.
- If approved, receive one invoice and a secure payment link. Approved equipment and the separately itemized 3% order-processing fee appear in its total.
- Pay through the invoice checkout. Approval alone does not confirm payment or reserve space; physical placement follows verified payment and venue review.
Prepare before applying
Have your company name, direct contact details, business address, proposed activities and logo ready. Explain equipment and access needs. Supply any regulatory or venue approvals requested by the organizer.
Payment and participation
Payment is due after approval. Unpaid invoices expire 24 hours after approval under the accepted terms. Bank payments remain pending until cleared. Read the exhibitor agreement and refund and cancellation terms. Ask the team about setup, teardown, placement and equipment before attending.
