Ohio Cannabis Expo

Refund, Rescheduling & Business Purchase Terms

All ticket sales are final

Tickets are nonrefundable except when the organizer permanently cancels the event and it will not be rescheduled for another date, time or venue, or when a refund is required by applicable law. This policy applies to paid general admission, VIP and car-show spectator tickets sold by Another Mastamynd Hit LLC for the Ohio Cannabis Expo and Ohio Cannabis Car Show.

Postponement, relocation and rescheduling

An event may be postponed, interrupted, relocated, rescheduled or canceled for any number of reasons, including a medical emergency affecting essential personnel, natural disaster, fire, tragedy, active-shooter incident or other security threat, inclement weather, lightning, tornadoes, flooding, utility failure, venue unavailability, government order or other circumstances affecting safe operation.

If the event is rescheduled to another date, time or venue, your ticket remains valid for that rescheduled event. A postponement, interruption or change of date, time, location, schedule or participants does not by itself qualify for a refund. Purchaser illness, travel problems, scheduling conflicts, change of plans or inability to attend do not qualify for refunds, except as required by law.

Permanent cancellation

If the organizer confirms that the event is permanently canceled and will not be rescheduled at another time or place, ticket purchasers will receive a refund of the ticket amount paid to the organizer and any fees required to be refunded by law. We will announce refund instructions, timing and the treatment of any third-party fees through the event website and the purchaser contact information associated with the order. Tickets will not be held in an indefinite postponed status solely to avoid refunds.

Updates and other purchases

Check the event website and your order email for changes before traveling. Keep your order confirmation and contact details current. Travel, lodging and other third-party arrangements are governed by those providers’ terms. Exhibitor space, sponsorships and vehicle contest registration are governed by their separately accepted terms; this ticket policy does not replace those agreements.

Questions: info@ohiocannabisexpo.com. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Effective October 18, 2026 for new ticket purchases; existing orders retain the terms accepted when purchased.

Exhibitor & sponsorship purchase terms

Final sales and participant cancellations

All exhibitor-space and sponsorship purchases are final. If you cancel, withdraw, fail to attend, arrive too late to participate, or do not use your purchased benefits, your payment is nonrefundable and no credit or transfer is promised. Notify info@ohiocannabisexpo.com promptly if you cannot participate. Organizer-approved changes must be confirmed in writing. These terms apply to new purchases accepted on or after October 22, 2026; earlier orders retain their accepted terms.

No-shows and future participation

An exhibitor or sponsor who does not appear for their agreed participation without notifying the organizer may be recorded as a no-show. Another Mastamynd Hit LLC d/b/a Ohio Cannabis Expo reserves the right to decline future exhibitor or sponsorship applications from no-shows. Future participation is subject to organizer approval and applicable law; a past purchase does not guarantee future acceptance.

Space type and placement

Purchase the space type for your selected event. An included sponsorship booth counts as one exhibitor slot. A purchase does not reserve a numbered booth. After successful payment, the organizer assigns a location that accommodates your purchased package, subject to venue requirements. You may request a different location through your participant account. Changes require organizer approval and available suitable space; a preferred location, neighboring exhibitor, traffic level, or relocation is not guaranteed. A request does not cancel your purchase or create a refund right.

Attendance and business results

Attendance cannot be predicted or guaranteed. We do not promise a minimum turnout, foot traffic at your space, sales, leads, publicity, investment, or return on investment. Previous attendance figures and audience metrics describe past results and do not forecast this event. Lower-than-expected attendance or business results do not create a refund or credit entitlement. This does not waive the organizer’s obligation to provide the purchased package or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Organizer cancellation and required refunds

If the organizer permanently cancels the event and cannot reschedule it, the event-specific exhibitor or sponsorship amount paid will be refunded, together with any fees required by law. If the event is rescheduled, the purchase remains valid for that event. Any benefits already delivered and any proposed material substitutions must be addressed in a separate written agreement; no deduction for undelivered benefits is assumed. Nothing in these terms excludes refunds or other rights required by applicable law.

Event requirements

Representatives must be 21 or older with valid identification. No cannabis sales or on-site consumption. Follow the published event rules, venue instructions, approved package, setup schedule, and safety requirements. Columbus and Dayton purchases are separate. Parking and optional services follow the selected venue’s published terms.
