Columbus 2027 Exhibitor Booths

A 3% order-processing fee applies to all payment methods. It is calculated after discounts, shown separately before payment, and included in your invoice total.

Compare spaces and prices first. Then complete your business details and verify your email and wait for organizer approval. After approval, an invoice is issued immediately and payment is due upon receipt. Unpaid applications and invoices are canceled 24 hours after approval. Email reminders are sent at 6 and 20 hours if still unpaid. No unpaid space is reserved. Availability is checked again at payment. No booth number is selected now; physical placement is assigned after approval and payment.

Exhibitor rate

Small businesses and verified nonprofits may apply for one community exhibitor table at $250, plus the 3% processing fee ($257.50 before optional extras). This is a reviewed application, not an automatic discount or a free table. Larger businesses and well-funded corporate groups should choose a standard package.

Rate requested

The Expo team reviews eligibility and available space before issuing a payment link. Include the whole business group, not just one location. Do not send tax returns, bank records or personal identity documents.
