Price and term
The enhanced Digital Exhibitor Experience costs Pricing discussed by inquiry beginning on the first approved publication date. It is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Booth space, event admission and in-person sponsorship are priced separately. An included standard directory listing does not include this paid upgrade.
Approval and payment
Submitting an application creates no charge. The organizer reviews the company and proposed page address before issuing payment instructions. Payment does not permit immediate publication. The organizer must approve the submitted content and any required regulatory clearance before the page goes live.
Your content and access
Use your account to submit your company description, Expo promotions, up to six JPG or PNG images and a YouTube or Vimeo company video link. You must own or have permission to use all material. Upload public marketing content only. You can manage only your own page; you do not receive access to other businesses, site administration or customer information. Changes remain pending until approved; the last approved version stays published during review.
Regulatory review
Identify content that may require Ohio Division of Cannabis Control review. Provide required approval information to the organizer before publication. The organizer records the review outcome for each published version. Content that requires approval stays unpublished until clearance is recorded. Neither application nor payment represents regulatory approval.
Expiration and support
Updates do not extend the original six-month term. Public display ends when the term expires. Contact info@ohiocannabisexpo.com about renewal, corrections, removal requests or a publication delay. The organizer will resolve refund and cancellation terms with you before payment if your content cannot be published. The event ticket refund policy does not define the terms of this separate digital service.
